With all custom pieces being made-to-order, all sales are final.
Exchanges can be made under following circumstances: 


- In case of you needing a resize (Rings and Necklaces). This will come with the cost of custom sizing that item (Sizing) plus shipping. Cost    of returning item back will be at your expense. Return cost for this is responsibiliy of the sender. 

- In case of a wrong or faulty item sent. Please email me at ayeshasureyaa@gmail.com. 

- If you would like to swap your item for another. I am able to accpet returns for credit within 14 days of recieving your item. Does not apply to sample sale or discounted pieces. 


Jewellery that is being returned for exchange must be shipped in original protective packaging and condition. Any damaged jewellery will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned. 

All returned items must be shipped tracked & signed to avoid any discrepancies with loss or theft
How to Return an Item

1. Please email ayeshasureyaa@gmail.com within 14 days of placing your order and include your order number, items you wish to return as well as the reason for returning.

2. Please return your item in all its original packaging and envelope.
